water, the source of life

Trying to kickstart eating less and drinking more. They say you should drink 2 liters of water a day. So far I've had 1.5! I'm getting there.

I have a horrible relationship with food and calories and all of that, which I probably won't talk about here. But I think it's healthy to be drinking more water. Actually, I know it's healthy.
